Referrals are one of the best lead generation sources for cleaning businesses.
Referrals increase conversion rates because existing clients open up the sale. All you need to do is convert.
After establishing a good relationship with clients where they’re satisfied with your cleaning service, it’s easy to ask for referrals.
BUT - it takes time to establish good relations and there’s no guarantee of consistency.

You can also use LinkedIn’s search function and Sales Navigator to focus your prospecting.
With the right tools, software and scripts, you can run and automate successful outreach campaigns to generate leads on on LinkedIn.
Email
Email is still the most effective way to reach your prospects.
It’s also the most cost effective way to reach out to a large prospecting list. The downside is, if you’re using email to contact prospects, your competitors are doing the same thing.
To break through the noise and stand out from the competition, you need to tailor your prospecting campaigns to highly targeted prospecting lists.
You can use emails to nurture and educate your prospects, foster better relationships and keep them updated about your company.
