In today’s episode, I chat with Matt Ricketts, a 15-year cleaning industry veteran and co-founder of Better Life Maids. Matt developed a digital marketing strategy for Better Life Maids that delivers over 100 in market leads per week, driving new customer growth. He grew top Better Life Maids’ top line revenue by $520K in Q4 of 2022, on track to grow $2M in 2023 and modelling $8m in revenue through organic growth by 2025.
Matt is a former ARCSI board member (now ISSA Residential), and currently serves on the Advisory Board of MaidCentral, an all-in-one software for the home cleaning industry.
Prior to joining the cleaning industry Matt spent the first part of his career as an airline pilot, and he leveraged that experience to build a systematic approach to business.
